The 191 visa enables temporary regional visa holders to obtain permanent status. Applicants must hold a 491 or 494 visa for a minimum of 3 years, demonstrate income compliance via a tax notice of assessment, and have fully adhered to previous visa conditions.
Must currently hold either a Subclass 491 or 494 visa.
Minimum 3 years continuous visa holding immediately preceding application.
Tax assessment evidence required to satisfy income obligations.
Full adherence to all conditions of the eligible visa while in Australia.
Standard health and character requirements apply.
