The program places applicants in a first-in-first-out queue. Unlike the 804, no bridging visa is issued on lodgement. An Assurance of Support bond of $5,000 (one parent) or $7,000 (two parents) is required for 2 years from the primary applicant’s arrival.
Must have a child or children as permanent residents or Australian citizens.
At least half of your children must be settled permanent residents or Australian citizens. Children on temporary visas and estranged family members count. No waivers available.
Child must be a settled permanent resident or Australian citizen, capable of providing support and accommodation.
Standard requirements apply. Exceptions may allow grant.
Must be repaid or subject to a repayment agreement.
