The 403 visa encompasses six distinct streams: Government Agreement, Foreign Government Agency, Domestic Worker (Diplomatic/Consular), Privileges and Immunities, Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM), and MATES (Indian graduates and early-career professionals, up to 2 years).
Must qualify under one of the six designated streams: Government Agreement, Foreign Government Agency, Domestic Worker, Privileges and Immunities, PALM, or MATES.
PALM scheme requires Temporary Activity Sponsorship; other streams may require DFAT support or foreign government agency support.
Standard health and character requirements apply.
Any debts to the Australian government must be repaid or have a repayment agreement in place.
